Are your labels waterproof?
Yes, our labels are waterproof and durable. Hand wash is recommended, allow 24 hours after application before washing.
Are the labels dishwasher safe?
Although our labels are water resistant, they are not designed to withstand high heat. For best results and longer lasting labels, we recommend hand washing any products that have labels applied.
Will the labels fade or peel?
Our labels are designed for long-lasting durability.
What surfaces do your labels stick to?
Our labels adhere best to clean, smooth, non-porous, and dry surfaces. Glass, plastic, metal, cardboard and most types of treated wood are ideal. Avoid textured, damp, or dusty surfaces for best results.
How do I apply the labels?
You will receive full instructions on how to apply your new labels. Please follow all instructions carefully as we are not responsible if you damage the product in the process.
Why is my label not sticking?
Occasionally, the label may cut a little too deeply and lift some of the backing paper. If this occurs, carefully peel away the excess backing using your fingers or tweezers. Once this is done, your label is ready to use. If you run into any issues, feel free to get in touch with us.
Are the labels and decals reusable?
No! Our labels and decals are removable but not reusable. Once removed, they cannot be restuck or repositioned, so placement should be done with care.
Are the vinyl labels removable?
Yes! Our labels can easily be removed, choose a corner and slide your fingernail underneath. Lift the edge, hold it with your thumb and finger, and peel very slowly to avoid tearing. If they have been on for a while, you may need to add a bit of heat with a hairdryer.
How long do the labels last?
Indoor labels last years; outdoor UV-resistant labels last 3-5 years.
What's the minimum order quantity?
There's no minimum order for our ready-made and standard custom labels.
For fully bespoke designs, we do require a minimum order quantity. Contact us to discuss your bespoke project and we'll provide details.
How long does production take?
3-5 business days before shipping. We’ll send tracking details once it’s dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free UK shipping on orders over £50.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently UK only, international shipping coming soon.
My labels are peeling - what should I do?
Ensure surface is clean and dry; contact us for replacement if defective.
The colours don't match my screen - why?
Screens vary in brightness and colour settings, so your labels may look slightly different than what you see online.
