Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

7. Cancellation and Returns (Consumer Rights)

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalised, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has begun.

Under UK law, personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.

Therefore:

  • Orders for personalised or custom items cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Such items are non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described

If you believe your item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please ensure that all personalisation details (including spelling, dates, and formatting) are entered correctly at the time of order, as we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
