All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

We ship orders within the United Kingdom using trusted postal and courier services. 

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are intended as a guide only. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays and ordering during peak periods.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Delayed deliveries do not qualify for a refund unless the item is confirmed as lost in transit.

 

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived and is confirmed as lost by the delivery carrier, please contact us. We will arrange a refund or replacement, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

 

Incorrect address

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. In the circumstances, refunds or replacements cannot be offered.
